We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the service cost .This policy is in place to respect the time of our technicians and to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other clients.
